Made from unbleached cotton terry knit material.  Each pad is 10 inches long (26cm). When poppered closed the pad is 2.5 inches (7cm) wide. They come with 2 inserts measuring  9 inches (23cm) long by 2 ¼ inches wide (6cm). The inserts are placed inside the pocket.

Soak in cold water and wash at temperatures up to 60 degrees.

Choose from 100% organic cotton or cotton, which is made from 85% cotton and 15% Polyester.
