The top material is cotton and the bottom layer is 100% polyester fleece, in a selection oif prints. Made with 2 layers of flannel and 1 layer of terry cloth inside. The maxi is 10 inches (25.5cm) long and 3 inches (7.5cm) wide at the middle point but can be poppered to a narrower 2.5 inches (6cm) if needed.
