Menstrual Cups
Milton tablets are designed to be dissolved in 5 litres of water. Therefore ¼ of a tablet can be dissolved in 1.25 litres of water. Use a jug to dissolve the ¼ of a tablet and then use some of the sterilising water to sterilise your menstrual cup, pouring away the residue or use it to sterilise other items.
The sterilising kit contains Milton Sterilising tablets, enabling you to sterilise your Menstrual Cup many times if you use ¼ of a tablet each time. It is advisable to sterilise you cup at the end of each period.
If you prefer to boil your cup in the microwave then the container can be used for this purpose, without the tablets. The container is also dishwasher safe.
