Lunapads uniquely designed cloth menstrual Pad and Liner sets feature 2 parts: a Pad base with wings that fasten around the gusset of your underwear, and a Liner that is worn on top of the pad and held in place with ric-rac bands. Liner inserts are what make our pads and underwear so versatile and functional.

Made of 2 layers of highly absorbent fleece, Liners absorb the majority of your menstrual flow, leaving the Pad base relatively clean and dry. A single pad will get you through an entire day of your cycle; just change the Liner as needed.
