Honour Your Flow pads have natural fibre fabrics next to your skin. This makes wearing the pads comfortable, cool and healthy. The polyester fleece underside is moisture resistant. This means it will leak if it's saturated and then wrung out or squeezed tightly, but otherwise it really holds the blood in the pad. The maxi long have an additional layer of PUL which is a totally waterproof fabric. All pads have quilting stitching through the top layers, which encourages the blood to wick into the body of the pad. Any blood soaking through to this layer gets sent back into the pad. All pads popper into snug fitting knickers and are machine washable up to 60’.

Maxi Long – 1 layer of flannel, 4 layers of thick cotton fleece, 1 layer of PUL, backed with polyester fleece. 32cm long 7cm wide. Suitable for medium to heavy flow, and where extra length is needed.
