Honour Your Flow pads have natural fibre fabrics next to your skin. This makes wearing the pads comfortable, cool and healthy. The polyester Pink fleece underside of all pads is moisture resistant. This means it will leak if it's saturated and then wrung out or squeezed tightly, but otherwise it really holds the blood in the pad. All pads have quilting stitching through the top layers of Tie-Dyed cotton flannel, which encourages the blood to wick into the body of the pad. The maxi has an additional layer of PUL which is a totally waterproof fabric. Any blood soaking through to this layer gets sent back into the pad. All pads popper into snug fitting knickers and are machine washable up to 60 degrees.

Pantyliner – 2 layers of cotton flannel, backed with polyester fleece. 18.5cm by 5cm once folded. Suitable for very light flow, menstrual cup or tampon back up, or every day use between periods. 

Regular – 1 layer of flannel, 2 layers of thick cotton fleece, backed with polyester fleece. 19.5cm by 6cm once folded. Suitable for light to medium flow. 

Maxi – 1 layer of flannel, 4 layers of thick cotton fleece, 1 layer of PUL, backed with polyester fleece.  24cm by 7.5cm once folded. Suitable for medium to heavy flow.
