The Honour Your Flow cloth tampons are made from 70% oeko-tex bamboo and 30% organic cotton, with an organic cotton drawstring. Bamboo is highly absorbent and naturally antibacterial and is therefore the perfect material for these. This new version is also Vegan friendly, whereas the older style Honour Your Flow Tampons have a silk string. The older style tampons have been discontinued to make way for these all in one tampons.

Using cloth tampons is a totally different experience from using disposables. They feel natural, clean and wholesome. Honour Your Flow tampons are softer than disposables, so they feel different to insert, but they work very well and feel great to use.

After use just rinse them in cold water and pop them in a washbag and machine wash at 60'. We recommend you use a mini aertex wash bag for washing. You could leave them to soak in cold water until you are ready to wash them if you prefer.
All of the Honour Your Flow tampons can be adjusted slightly when you stuff it in preparation for use. They can be made longer and thinner or shorter and fatter. Simply use a chopstick or pen to poke the fabric into itself, starting roughly half way along the fabric tube.
