Honour Your Flow pads have natural fibre fabrics next to your skin. This makes wearing the pads comfortable, cool and healthy. Handmade in Cumbria, England.

And these pads are now available in many options. The usual 5 sizes, 3 are listed here. But also available as a maxi long size and overnight size. You also now have the opportunity to choose whether you would like your pad to be backed with Polyester fleece or highly absorbent wool. In the maxi size you can choose from PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) or wool. Just select the correct option below.

All pads have quilting stitching through the top layers, which encourages the blood to wick into the body of the pad. The maxi has an additional layer of PUL which is a totally waterproof fabric. Any blood soaking through to this layer gets sent back into the pad. All pads popper into snug fitting knickers and are machine washable up to 60 degrees.

These 3 sizes are also available as pads with wings, again you can choose from fleece or wool backing.

1 layer of flannel, 2 layers of thick cotton fleece, backed with polyester fleece.

1 layer of bamboo velour, 2 inner layers of bamboo fleece, backed with 1 layer of wool.

Maxi backed with PUL waterproofing £6.00
Suitable for medium to heavy flow.
1 layer of flannel, 4 layers of thick cotton fleece, 1 layer of PUL, backed with polyester fleece.
24cm by 7.5cm once folded.

1 top layer of bamboo velour, 4 inner layers of bamboo fleece and backed with 1 layer of wool.
