Honour Your Flow pads have natural fibre fabrics next to your skin. This makes wearing the pads comfortable, cool and healthy. Handmade in Cumbria, England.

All pads have quilting stitching through the top layers of blue cotton flannel, which encourages the blood to wick into the body of the pad. The maxi long has an additional layer of PUL which is a totally waterproof fabric. Any blood soaking through to this layer gets sent back into the pad. You also now have the opportunity to choose whether you would like your pad to be backed with PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) or water resistant wool. Just select the correct option below.

All pads popper into snug fitting knickers and are machine washable up to 60 degrees.

This blue range is now available in many more options. The usual 5 sizes, pantyliner, Regular and Maxi in winged or wingless and larger overnight size.

1 layer of flannel, 4 layers of thick cotton fleece, 1 layer of PUL, backed with polyester fleece.

1 top layer of bamboo velour, 4 inner layers of bamboo fleece, backed with 1 layer of wool.
