8 inches (20.5cm) long by 7 inches (17.5cm) wide when open. When closed there are three setting choices of 3 inches (7.5cm), 2.5 inches (6.2cm) and the smallest which is 2 inches (5cm) although the smallest may cause bunching of your underwear so is not recommended.
All of the pads are made from cotton. The inner lining in all of the pads is made from Hemp to increase absorbency. Available in 3 designs - Jigsaw, Holly and Father Christmas
