Use this comparison chart to help you to decide on the right size. With some manufacturers the sizes may seem the same for a small and large cup. The difference could be in diameter, the larger cup being able to hold more fluid. Check the length chart in conjunction with this capacity chart. The cups are sorted so that the smallest cup is at the top.
