Feminine Wear is a family run business established in 2008 to promote the use of washable menstrual products. We are based in Hampshire, England.

We founded Feminine Wear after discovering washable sanitary towels on various reusable cloth nappy websites. The first product that we came across was made by Lunapads, based in Canada. Then after buying Imse Vimse nappies, found out that they also stocked their own range of sanitary napkins. Imse Vimse are a Swedish company. Then came Mommy's Touch, based in the USA and we ordered some lovely products from them. After adding these suppliers to our website we looked for more locally made products.

We now stock the Fairy Hammocks range of 16 designs as well as menstrual cup bags, a small family run business based in Yorkshire. We also stock 8 designs from Moon Times, based in Bristol.

Now that we have a large range of washable pads we are building up the range of internal menstrual protection. We now stock Sea Sponges and Menstrual Cups.  Moon Times provide us with a twin pack of sponges sourced from the Mediterranean Sea. They have been recently joined by the Jam Sponge reusable sponge tampons, based in the UK and Sea Pearls, based in Florida.

Menstrual Cups are usually made from medical grade silicone and are designed to be worn internally. We are trying to give out customers a choice and hope to stock an extensive range of Menstrual Cups. We currently have 10 different brands of cup on the website.

We also have close links with other websites such as Craft Fabrics, which we use for some of our materials; Stationery, Boxes and Bags for some of our stationary items. And to keep us all happy in the warehouse we have bought a selection of music from Weasels CD's, based locally, and our sweeties come from Online Sweets.

We also recommend Grandma Polly's Attic for Me to you Bears and Canterbury Cross Collectables if you are looking for a gift for someone. Also The Gothic Shop for gothic clothing, jewellery and accessories.

And look out for us in Hampshire's Green Book, which will be published in December 2009!
